Please note that neither your participation in the LTI 2018 nor this September grant 2018 create, and also should not be read or interpreted so as to create, a legal entitlement to continue to be granted performance shares and/or a certain grant value under the LTI 2018 in the future. Any decision as to the granting of performance shares and/or the allocation of particular grant values to you under the LTI 2018 is subject to the sole discretion of the Management Board of the Company’s General Partner, to be determined on a case-by case basis.
